Currently BURECO heavily invests in establishing new assay formats within the fast growing area of biopharmaceuticals, biosimilars and "biobetters". Complement Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC) Assays are currently running routinely predominantly for stability and charcterization studies. Antibody Dependent Cell Cytotoxicity (ADCC) Assays and Electro Chemi-Luminescence (ECL) based assay formats will be implemented in the near future. |
